About the Role

Binated Inc. is looking for a System Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, printers, design software, network connectivity, and other IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux/Mac operating systems and applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network-related issues
- Provide support for LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions through Active Directory
- Provide basic support for Sophos Firewall, Rules & Policies
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, software installations, and security updates
- Maintain IT asset records, documentation, and support logs
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve user queries efficiently
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support and maintenance

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, System Support, or Helpdesk roles
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), Active Directory, and Sophos Firewall
- Good hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and design software
- Strong communication, problem-solving,



and multitasking skills
- CCNA, CompTIA, or relevant Hardware/Networking certification is a plus
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply
