- WE ARE HIRING – BLUE-COLLAR RECRUITER Company: ELIGERE INDIA Location: Ambattur, Chennai Position: Blue-Collar Recruiter Experience: Freshers & Experienced Gender: Male / Female Qualification: MBA (HR) / Any Degree Age: 21–30 Years Working Details - Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM - Working Days: Monday – Saturday - Sunday: Week Off - Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) Job Responsibilities - Source blue-collar candidates for manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, and industrial job openings. - Conduct bulk recruitment through job portals, social media, references, and other sourcing channels. - Make recruitment calls and explain job details to candidates. - Screen candidates based on job requirements. - Schedule and coordinate interviews. - Follow up with candidates regarding interview and joining status. - Coordinate with selected candidates regarding joining dates and required documents. - Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate records. - Coordinate with clients and supervisors regarding manpower requirements.



- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets. - Maintain regular communication with candidates after joining. Skills Required - Good communication and convincing skills. - Good follow-up and coordination skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel. - Ability to work with targets and deadlines. - Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment. - Freshers with an MBA or any degree are welcome.
