Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer with experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal-care industry.

The ideal candidate understands packaging design from concept development through production and can create visually strong, brand-aligned, and manufacturing-ready artwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design packaging for skincare, beauty, cosmetics, and personal-care products, including bottles, tubes, jars, boxes, cartons, labels, and pouches.
- Develop packaging concepts and artwork from initial idea through final production.
- Prepare accurate print-ready artwork, dielines, and pre-press files.
- Apply correct dimensions, bleeds, margins, color profiles, typography, barcodes, ingredients, claims, symbols, and regulatory information.
- Adapt designs across multiple SKUs, sizes, formats, and product lines.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across packaging.
- Review proofs and artwork for errors before production.
- Work with printing, materials, finishes, and manufacturing requirements.
- Research current beauty and cosmetic packaging trends and emerging packaging formats.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, regulatory, and manufacturing teams.
- Maintain organized design files, artwork versions, and production assets.
- Any other tasks as assigned by management.





Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree, diploma, or relevant training in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven packaging design experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant packaging projects.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of dielines, pre-press, CMYK, Pantone/spot colors, color separation, and print finishes.
- Experience preparing production-ready and print-ready artwork.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to independently research and present recent packaging concepts and market trends.
