Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage and oversee potable water bottling plants installed at 5-Star Hotels in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of hotel bottling plants.
- Ensure smooth plant operations, maintenance & hygiene compliance.
- Handle manpower management and coordinate with hotel teams.
- Troubleshoot operational/technical issues and drive timely resolution.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Maintain strong relationships with hotel stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations/plant maintenance.
- Robust problem-solving & troubleshooting skills.
- Good manpower management and coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Own vehicle will be given preference.
- Willingness to travel across hotel sites in Goa.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
