Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Assess and monitor patients' vital signs and overall health condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and immediately report abnormalities to the concerned doctor/senior nurse.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
- Ensure proper patient identification and follow medication safety procedures.
- Maintain infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene and PPE compliance.
- Maintain proper care and handling of medical equipment.
- Ensure timely collection and dispatch of laboratory samples as required.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding medications, procedures, diet, hygiene, and discharge instructions.
- Assist in patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the nursing unit.
- Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.




- Maintain adequate stock of medicines, consumables, and nursing supplies and report shortages.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, NABH standards, and patient-safety guidelines.
- Handle emergency situations promptly and assist the medical team during emergencies.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and skilled conduct.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing colleagues, pharmacy, laboratory, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Perform other nursing duties assigned by the Nursing In-charge/Head Nurse.

Educational Qualification

- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration is mandatory.
- Additional relevant certifications will be an advantage.

Experience

- Freshers can apply.
- 1–3 years of hospital experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in ICU, OT, Emergency, Medical/Surgical wards, or other specialty units will be considered based on department requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
