Role & responsibilities
- Source recent gold loan customers and achieve monthly business targets.
- Generate business through direct marketing, local activities, customer referrals, and lead conversions.
- loan applications and ensure accurate documentation Handle loan disbursement, renewal, part-release, closure, and auction-related activities Address customer queries and provide timely resolution .
- Follow up for interest payments, margin calls, and loan closures.
