About the Internship

ConstruWX is inviting applications from Civil Engineering students from 2nd Year onwards, including final-year students, and fresh graduates for a 3-month internship focused on industry exposure, technical learning and career development in construction.

The internship is designed to help young civil engineers better understand the construction industry, explore different career pathways and develop practical professional skills beyond the academic curriculum.

Important

This is not a direct construction site or project-execution internship.

Interns will not be deployed on live construction projects or assigned site execution responsibilities. The internship will primarily involve structured learning, research, technical assignments, industry exposure and selected ConstruWX initiatives relevant to Civil Engineering and Construction.

What You May Be Exposed To

Depending on your academic level, interests and assigned learning plan, the internship may include exposure to areas such as:

- Construction industry practices
- Major infrastructure and construction projects
- Construction methods and processes
- Planning, estimating and project controls concepts
- Technical research and documentation
- Construction career pathways
- Technical content and learning-resource development
- Industry webinars and interaction with experienced professionals
- Qualified communication and presentation skills

The detailed scope and Internship Learning Plan will be shared with selected interns during induction.

Who Can Apply?





Students pursuing B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering or equivalent programs from 2nd Year onwards, including:

2nd Year | 3rd Year | Final Year | Fresh Graduates

No prior industry experience is required.

We are looking for candidates who are:

- Interested in Civil Engineering and Construction
- Curious and willing to learn
- Comfortable conducting research and completing assignments
- Able to communicate clearly
- Responsible and committed to completing the 3-month internship
