Required Skills:
- 10+ years in Information Security with strong experience in security architecture, leadership, governance, and security-by-design.
- Azure Security & IAM: Solid hands-on expertise in Azure Security Architecture, Identity & Access Management (IAM), cloud security, and Zero Trust Architecture.
- M&A; / Carve-Out Experience: Proven experience in business carve-outs, divestitures, M&A;, Azure tenant separation, or similar complex transformation programs.
- Security Governance & Operations: Strong knowledge of security governance, risk management, compliance, SOC operations, incident response, and regulatory/audit requirements.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Experience working with executive leadership, boards, regulators, auditors, and cross-functional teams to drive security strategy and risk decisions.
