Job Summary

Delphic Global is looking for an experienced Python + AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG-based applications.

This role offers opportunities to work from Ahmedabad, Indore, Gurgaon, or remotely, depending on the candidate and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models using Python.
- Build and implement AI/ML solutions for business and technical requirements.
- Develop applications using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Develop and optimize NLP, computer vision, and other AI/ML solutions as required.
- Work with frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Integrate AI/ML models into production applications and APIs.
- Monitor model performance and improve models based on business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and production-ready Python code.
- Contribute to AI/ML architecture, experimentation, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 5+ years of professional experience in Python and AI/ML engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or Scikit-learn.
- Experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
- Experience with AI/ML APIs, model integration, and deployment workflows.
- Good understanding of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of MLOps and ML model lifecycle management.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or model-serving frameworks.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or other advanced AI applications.
- Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings for RAG applications.
- Experience working with open-source and commercial LLMs.

Pay: ₹230,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
