Job Description

A leading electronics, kitchen and home appliances brand in India with a solid presence in the GCC is looking for an Assistant Manager – Category – KHD (Kitchen & Home Appliances).

- Drive category growth and profitability across Fans and Kitchen Appliances through effective category strategies.
- Manage inventory, demand forecasting, product planning and new product development initiatives.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities while coordinating with Sales, Marketing and NPD teams to achieve business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute category strategies in coordination with the Category Head to achieve topline targets.
- Track competitor activities and recommend timely interventions based on market dynamics.




- Manage inventory and coordinate with the factory for production planning and timely supply.
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, including market research, benchmarking and product launches.
- Perform demand forecasting using S&OP; plans, historical sales and market trends.
- Design and implement sales schemes and track their performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and NPD teams for effective product placement and promotion.
- Conduct regular market visits to analyse trends and identify opportunities for category expansion.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
