What you'll do

In your new role, you’ll engineer and maintain cutting-edge, customer centric, high performance, secure and robust solutions.

The role involves monitoring critical applications, troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, ensuring system stability, and supporting business-critical production environments.

You’ll also be:

- Producing complex and critical software rapidly and of high quality which adds value to the business
- Working in permanent teams who are responsible for the full life cycle, from initial development, through enhancement and maintenance to replacement or decommissioning
- Collaborating to optimise our software engineering capability
- Designing, producing,



testing and implementing our working code
- Working across the life cycle, from requirements analysis and design, through coding to testing, deployment and operations

The skills you'll need

We are looking for a Production Support Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong production support experience, working knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, and exposure to AWS cloud services. ITIL knowledge / certification and experience with scripting, monitoring tools, or DevOps practices will be preferred.

You’ll also need:

- 3+ years of Production Support experience in a 24x7 environment
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and troubleshooting
- Working experience with AWS services and cloud-based applications
- Experience in incident management, problem management, and RCA preparation
- Exposure to monitoring, log analysis, and application support activities
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle critical production issues
