About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 1+ year of professional development experience to join our technology team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the development, enhancement, integration, and maintenance of ERP software specifically designed for the glass manufacturing and processing industry.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of full-stack web development, databases, ERP systems, and accounting workflows. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience working on ERP development projects will be preferred.

Strong accounting knowledge is mandatory, as the developer will be involved in developing and integrating ERP modules related to finance, billing, taxation, receivables, payables, and business transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance ERP applications for the glass manufacturing industry.
- Work across the complete software development lifecycle — requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop scalable and responsive frontend and backend applications.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and real-time communication systems.
- Build ERP modules for production, inventory, sales, purchase, accounting, orders, customers, vendors, and operations.
- Understand business processes and convert them into functional software workflows.
- Design and maintain database structures and optimize SQL queries.
- Implement real-time functionality using WebSockets.
- Develop Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
- Integrate accounting and financial workflows into ERP modules.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Work closely with management, operations, accounts, and other teams to understand ERP requirements.

The candidate should understand that ERP modules are interconnected.

For example:

Purchase → Inventory → Vendor Payable → Payment → Accounting

and

Sales Order → Production → Inventory → Dispatch → Invoice → Customer Receivable → Payment → Accounting

Understanding these business flows will be an important part of the role.

Industry-Specific Advantage

Experience or understanding of manufacturing, production, inventory, supply chain, or accounting processes will be highly valuable.

Experience in the glass manufacturing, glass processing, fabrication, construction materials,



or similar manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of professional software development experience
- Minimum 1 year of ERP development experience
- Solid accounting knowledge – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of full-stack development
- Good understanding of MySQL and relational databases
- Experience with modern frontend and backend technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into software solutions
