We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and creative News/Podcast Anchor cum Social Media Manager to host podcasts and create social media content. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong on-camera presence, and a deep understanding of social media trends and audience engagement, and be ready to travel worldwide to cover premium exhibitions in the USA, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities: News/Podcast Hosting & Content Creation

- Host and moderate episodes featuring health, fitness, and wellness experts, their manufacturing facilities, and related trade shows worldwide.
- Conduct research and prepare insightful interview questions.
- Build engaging conversations that extract valuable insights from guests.
- Coordinate podcast schedules, guest communication, and recordings.
- Assist in creating podcast snippets, reels, and promotional content.
- Competence in Photography and Videography would be an added advantage.

Social Media Management

- Manage and grow our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop content calendars and posting schedules.
- Write engaging captions,



social media posts, and thought leadership content.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Track performance metrics and suggest strategies for growth and engagement.

Branding & Marketing Support

- Collaborate with the creative team for content ideation and campaign execution.
- Identify trending topics and content opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and industry events.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong presentation, interviewing, and public-speaking abilities.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of content marketing, branding, and digital marketing.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with senior professionals.

Preferred

- Experience in podcast hosting, anchoring, content creation, or social media management.
- Freshers with positive communication skills and confidence are also encouraged to apply.
