Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Communicate with customers in Kannada and English.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain proper call records and update customer information.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in Kannada.
- Basic to good English communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 12th qualification; graduates preferred.
