The Five-X BPO is currently looking for candidates to fill the position of Customer Sales Executive for our USA INBOUND VOICE PROCESS.

Role & Responsibilities

- Taking inbound calls and promote the products & services.
- Calling back existing customers for upselling process.
- Selling trial of services being offered to clients.

Requirement

- Must have positive english speaking skills.
- Must be undergraduate or graduate in any stream.
- Must be ready to work in night shift.
- We hire Freshers so Freshers can also apply.
- Age should be between 18 years and 30 years.

Remuneration & Perks

- Salary 20k to 23k per month (including attendance bonus)
- 3 paid leaves per month (2 Saturdays off + 1 Paid Leave)
- Sunday fixed off
- Login hours bonus
- Daily Incentives (Rs. 150 - Rs. 1000) per day +
- Weekly Incentives (Rs. 1000 - Rs. 2500) per week +
- Monthly Incentives (Rs. 3000 - Rs. 50000)
- Training Allowance Rs. 3000 for 1 week training.
