Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Appointment Setter who can handle outbound calling, generate interest among potential clients, and schedule qualified meetings for the management/sales team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills and be comfortable with regular calling.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients on a daily basis.
- Introduce the company and explain products/services clearly.
- Identify interested prospects and generate qualified leads.
- Build initial rapport with clients over the phone.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the management/sales team.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings.




- Ensure timely follow-up until the meeting is successfully scheduled.
- Keep the team updated on lead status and meeting progress.

Candidate Requirements

- 6 months – 1 year of telecalling / appointment-setting experience preferred.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.
- Energetic and comfortable with regular outbound calling.
- Strong convincing, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Excel.
- Good lead management and organizational skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
