Job Title: Digital Service Executive / CSC Operator

Job Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Digital Service Executive / CSC Operator to handle day-to-day operations at our digital service centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle online government and digital service applications.
- Assist customers with services such as Aadhaar-related services, PAN, certificates, registrations, bill payments and other online applications.
- Data entry, document scanning, printing and photocopying.
- Upload and verify customer documents accurately.
- Handle online portals and basic computer-based applications.
- Maintain customer records and daily transaction details.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide proper guidance.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer documents and personal information.




- Handle cash/UPI payments and maintain basic records.
- Perform other centre-related duties as required.

Requirements

- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, internet and online applications.
- Positive communication skills in Malayalam.
- Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in CSC, Akshaya, e-Seva, online service centre or similar work will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
