About the Role

We are looking for a Health & Lifestyle Coach who can guide and support clients in building healthier, sustainable lifestyle habits. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a solid understanding of healthy lifestyle practices, and knowledge of fertility and related lifestyle factors.

Key Responsibilities

* Guide clients regarding healthy lifestyle, nutrition habits, sleep, exercise, stress management, and daily routines.

* Understand clients’ lifestyle concerns and provide practical, personalized guidance.

* Regularly follow up with clients and track their progress.

* Motivate clients to stay consistent with their health and lifestyle goals.

* Provide guidance related to fertility and fertility-supportive lifestyle habits within the scope of a coach.

* Communicate effectively with clients and maintain a professional, supportive relationship.

* Coordinate with the internal team regarding client progress and requirements.

* Maintain proper records and updates of client interactions.

Requirements

* Good knowledge of health, wellness, and lifestyle management.





* Knowledge of fertility and fertility-related lifestyle factors is compulsory.

* Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English — compulsory.

* Empathetic, patient, and comfortable interacting with clients.

* Ability to motivate and build long-term relationships with clients.

* Previous experience in health coaching, fitness, nutrition, wellness, counselling, or a related field will be preferred.

Working Schedule

* Working Days: Monday to Saturday — any 6 days per week

* Working Hours: Flexible

* Candidate should maintain an availability window of 10–12 hours during the day for client requirements and scheduled interactions.

* Weekly 1 day off.

Compensation

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience, knowledge, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
