Caring People Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Marketing Executive to promote our home healthcare services and develop new client relationships.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting and building professional relationships with:

- Doctors and medical professionals
- Hospital PROs and Nursing In-charges
- Hospitals and clinics
- Residential Associations
- Pharmacies and medical shops
- Other healthcare-related organisations

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and residential associations regularly.
- Introduce and promote Caring People home healthcare services.
- Develop new referral sources and generate enquiries.
- Maintain good relationships with doctors, hospital staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow up with potential clients and enquiries.




- Coordinate with the office team regarding new patient enquiries.
- Conduct field marketing activities in Ernakulam and nearby areas.
- Prepare regular reports of visits, leads and enquiries.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Previous marketing or healthcare experience is preferred.
- Ability to meet doctors, hospital staff and other professionals confidently.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: Attractive salary + incentives, based on experience and performance.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
