Job Description – Sales Executive

Position

Sales Executive – Admixture / Construction Chemicals

Compensation

- Base Salary: ₹20,000 per month

- Sales Incentive: ₹0.50 per kg after achieving 100 kg sales

- Additional incentives may be provided based on performance and company policy.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales leads and identify potential customers.

- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, dealers, and construction companies.

- Promote and sell admixture products and related construction chemicals.

- Conduct regular market visits and follow up with prospective customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize sales volume.

- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales.

- Coordinate with internal teams for product delivery and customer support.

- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

Requirements





- Experience in admixture / construction chemical sales is preferred.

- Experience in B2B sales, building materials, or the construction industry will be an advantage.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong lead-generation and follow-up abilities.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned market area.

- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant sales experience preferred.

A result-oriented sales professional who can independently generate leads, convert customers, and grow sales of admixture products while building robust relationships within the construction industry.
