Role Overview

- Job Title: Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer (Compressors)
- Department: Industrial Sales / Capital Equipment
- Core Goal: Drive revenue growth by promoting, specifying, and selling industrial compressors and related utility equipment to target industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Sales & Prospecting: Identify new industrial clients, approach plant managers or engineering heads, and secure direct sales targets in an assigned territory.
- Technical Consultation: Conduct site audits, evaluate plant air/gas requirements, and size appropriate compressor solutions (screw, centrifugal, reciprocating).
- Proposal & Quotation Management: Prepare detailed techno-commercial offers, cost estimations, and responses to client RFQs and tenders.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain pipeline data, record customer interactions, and track sales forecasting using tools like Salesforce or Pipedrive.
- After-Sales Coordination:



Collaborate with service and logistics teams to ensure smooth machine installation, commissioning, and prompt issue resolution.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Production Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven technical sales experience in industrial machinery, heavy equipment, or compressed air systems.
- Skills: Strong techno-commercial acumen, value-selling capabilities, and proficiency in MS Office along with CRM platforms

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
