Hammonds Flycatcher is looking for a hands-on and performance-driven E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to take ownership of our marketplace business across Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra.

- Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, inventory and promotions.

- Plan, execute and optimize Flipkart and Myntra advertising campaigns.

- Monitor ROAS, ACOS, sales, advertising spend and overall campaign performance.

- Develop strategies to improve product visibility, conversion rates and marketplace sales.

- Monitor competitors, pricing, keywords and marketplace trends.

- Manage marketplace deals, offers, coupons and promotional events.

- Monitor returns, cancellations, account health and operational issues.

- Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressed products and other marketplace-related issues.





- Prepare regular sales, advertising and profitability reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth inventory, order processing and fulfilment.

- Take ownership of marketplace growth and work towards achieving sales and profitability targets.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in marketplace management.

- Robust practical experience with Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra.

- Good knowledge of Flipkart Ads and Myntra Ads.

- Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

- Understanding of marketplace sales, advertising and profitability metrics.

- Ability to independently manage marketplace operations and take ownership.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Result-oriented approach with a focus on sales growth and profitability.

- Experience in Fashion, Bags, Leather Goods, Accessories or Lifestyle categories will be an advantage.

SALARY

Competitive salary based on experience, skills and performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
