Title- Cloud Support Engineer – AWS (For Customer Team (1-2 years))
- Manage AWS account creation, onboarding, and closure.
- Manage AWS Organizations, Payer, Management, and Member accounts.
- Manage IAM, SSO, MFA, and user access.
- Handle AWS service quota increase requests.
- Monitor AWS services and resolve operational issues.
- Raise and follow up on AWS Support cases.
- Manage Control Tower, Landing Zone, and SCP requirements.
- Support AWS service setup and configuration.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain AWS account records and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of AWS operational issues.
