About Us

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with customers, generate leads, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Explain products/services, offers, and company information to customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when required.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain a proper database.




- Prepare basic reports on call activities, leads, and conversions.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach during customer interactions.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of English and/or the local language.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
