Amaravriksha Construction is a growing construction company specializing in Architecture, Home Construction & Turnkey Construction.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and drive customer acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new leads for residential construction and turnkey projects

* Develop relationships with architects, civil engineers, real-estate consultants, brokers and other referral partners

* Identify and approach potential home-construction clients

* Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements

* Coordinate site visits with prospective customers

* Follow up with leads, quotations and negotiations

* Work closely with the technical team to convert enquiries into projects

* Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update lead status

* Develop current business opportunities and referral networks

* Achieve monthly and quarterly business-development targets

Requirements:

* 3–7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales

* Experience in Construction,



Real Estate, Architecture or Building Materials is preferred

* Proven ability to generate and convert leads

* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

* Strong local network in Coimbatore is an advantage

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

* Self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Salary will depend on experience and proven sales performance.
