Job Summary

KRYFS is seeking an experienced Senior CRM Executive to independently manage pre-sales/inside sales activities, customer coordination, lead nurturing, and sales support for its Industrial IoT business. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer relationship management, inside sales, and pre-sales coordination with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end customer coordination and pre-sales activities.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and customer meetings with the Sales team.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender documentation.
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipeline, and customer database.
- Follow up with customers on enquiries, proposals, and order status.
- Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Prepare sales MIS, reports,



and management presentations.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Develop a basic understanding of Industrial IoT solutions to effectively support customer discussions.

Requirements

- Diploma /Engineer - In any discipline (Preferable in Electrical or Instrumentation )
- 0-2 years of experience in CRM, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Pre-Sales, or Business Development Support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, coordinate across departments, and work independently.

Preferred Industry

Industrial Automation, Electrical Products, IIoT, SaaS, Industrial Equipment, Manufacturing, Electrical EPC, or Technology Solutions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
