About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Intune with Generative AI Trainer to conduct practical, industry-oriented online training for students and working professionals.

The trainer should have robust knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, Device Management, Application Management, Microsoft Entra ID, Security, Compliance, Conditional Access, and Generative AI, with hands-on projects and real-time use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct live online Microsoft Intune and Generative AI training sessions.
- Teach Intune fundamentals, tenant setup, device enrollment, and device management.
- Cover Windows, Android, iOS/iPadOS, and macOS device management.
- Explain application deployment, configuration profiles, policies, and updates.
- Teach Microsoft Entra ID, device compliance, security policies, and Conditional Access.
- Cover endpoint security, Windows Autopilot, and device troubleshooting.
- Introduce Generative AI and AI tools for IT administration and endpoint management.
- Demonstrate AI-assisted troubleshooting, automation, documentation, and productivity use cases.
- Provide hands-on exercises, real-time scenarios, and practical projects.
- Guide students with projects, doubts, and interview preparation.

Trainer Requirements:

- Robust practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
- Hands-on experience with device enrollment, policies, profiles, and application deployment.




- Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and compliance policies.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint security is preferred.
- Knowledge of PowerShell and automation is an advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI and AI productivity tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and security concepts is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Prior online training and industry experience are preferred.
