We are looking for a Sales Merchandiser responsible for supporting sales and ensuring smooth stock availability and delivery across Modern Trade outlets and Quick Commerce (Q-Com) Distribution Centers (DCs).

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Qualification: Graduate

- Coordinate daily stock deliveries to Modern Trade stores and Q-Com DCs.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of stocks as per customer requirements and agreed schedules.
- Coordinate with distributors, warehouse teams, transporters, and sales teams for smooth stock movement.
- Track pending orders, short supplies, damages, returns, and delivery issues.
- Visit assigned Modern Trade outlets to ensure proper product visibility, display, planogram compliance, and merchandising standards.
- Check stock availability and identify out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
- Ensure products are properly arranged, displayed, and replenished at stores wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with Q-Com DC teams for stock inward, availability,



and replenishment requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and highlight quick-moving and slow-moving SKUs to the sales team.
- Support the sales team in achieving distribution, visibility, and availability targets.
- Maintain daily reports related to stock delivery, outlet visits, stock availability, OOS, returns, and merchandising.
- Coordinate with customers/DC personnel to resolve delivery and stock-related issues.
- Ensure proper handling of company products during transportation and delivery.
- Collect market and competitor information, including pricing, promotions, visibility, and product availability.
- Support promotional activities and ensure timely execution of displays and schemes.
- Maintain good working relationships with store staff, DC teams, distributors, and logistics partners.
