Job Description for Marketing Executive

Location: The Quantium School, Mokila, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute school marketing and promotional activities.
- Generate and follow up on admission enquiries and leads.
- Coordinate school events, campaigns, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
- Build relationships with parents, communities, and local organizations.
- Manage digital and social media marketing activities in coordination with the team.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.
- Prepare basic marketing reports and track campaign performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in school marketing, education, sales, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Willingness to travel locally for marketing and outreach activities.
