Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MEPF Engineer to supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting works at project sites. The role involves site execution, contractor/consultant coordination, drawing & BOQ review, quality inspection, testing & commissioning, and ensuring timely completion of MEPF works.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise MEPF site execution and installations
- Review drawings, BOQs and technical specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects and site teams
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing and firefighting works
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Check material quality and contractor work
- Assist in quantity estimation and bill verification




- Prepare DPRs and maintain project documentation
- Ensure safety, quality and project timelines

Requirements:
✅ 2–8 years of relevant MEPF site-execution experience
✅ Real estate/construction project experience
✅ Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting
✅ AutoCAD & MS Excel knowledge
✅ Valuable site coordination and communication skills

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
