We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Neuro Rehabilitation Centre, providing occupational therapy assessment and rehabilitation for both In-Patient (IP) and Out-Patient (OP) services.

The candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team and provide patient-centred therapy based on individual rehabilitation needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and provide occupational therapy for patients with neurological and physical conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.
- Provide therapy to improve activities of daily living, functional independence, coordination, balance, and motor skills.
- Provide upper-limb rehabilitation and functional training.
- Assist patients in improving independence in daily activities.
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and caregivers.
- Coordinate with the PMR physician, physiotherapists, speech therapists, psychologists, nurses,



and other members of the rehabilitation team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and therapy documentation.
- Provide occupational therapy services for both IP and OP patients.

Qualifications

- BOT (Bachelor of Occupational Therapy) or MOT (Master of Occupational Therapy)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valid professional registration as applicable.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in working in a Neuro Rehabilitation setting.

Preferred

- Candidates with experience in neuro rehabilitation will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from Kasaragod and surrounding areas are preferred.
- Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
