Site Inspection: Conduct on-site investigations, assess soil composition, and monitor building progress to guarantee adherence to design standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, sub-contractors, and local regulatory authorities.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant structural discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 of hands-on experience in site execution or infrastructure design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering design tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and clear communication.
- Licensure: Valid Skilled Engineer (PE) license or certification is preferred.
- Requirements: Graduate (B.Tech/B.E. in Civil) with 10-15 years of experience.
