Responsibilities

- Act as a techno-functional expert for SAP S/4 HANA Service, shaping globally harmonized service processes aligned to clean core principles.

- Drive the transition from SAP CS to S/4HANA Service, ensuring seamless migration of service processes, covering the integration of Service Orders with maintenance execution via Maintenance Orders and confirmations.

- Collaborate with SD, MM, Finance, EAM experts and development teams and act as key interface of technical design for S/4 HANA Service to internal business stakeholders and external service partners.

- Work within Project Mercury, the largest BASF ERP transformation program, driving the transition to SAP S/4 HANA Service by support testing, data migration, deployment, and 2nd/3rd-level operations.

Qualifications

- University degree in IT, Engineering,



Business Informatics, or a comparable field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CS and substantial experience in SAP S/4HANA Service in an industrial environment.

- Strong expertise in service-based business models including intercompany charging and external customer billing.

- Solid understanding of integration with SD, MM and understanding of financial integration such as cost allocation and profitability analysis.

- Knowledge of plant maintenance (EAM/PM) processes.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications.

- Technical understanding of ABAP programming, CPI, APIs, interfaces, and enhancements.

- Experience in agile / DevOps environments.

- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Certification in “SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Service” are a bonus.
