HR Recruitment Executive – Retail
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail stores.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, offers, and joining formalities.
- Manage bulk hiring and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Coordinate with Store Managers and HR teams for manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Requirements: Graduate with 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail/high-volume hiring. Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
