Position: Senior Embryologist

Experience: Minimum 5 Years in IVF

Location: Green Park, New Delhi

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Embryologist to manage and perform advanced embryology procedures while ensuring high-quality laboratory standards and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform and manage ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) procedures
- Conduct Pre-Implantation Genetic Testing (PGT) – Biopsy
- Handle oocyte screening, denudation, sperm vitrification, and thawing
- Perform laser-assisted hatching
- Analyze DNA fragmentation of sperm samples
- Execute IVF procedures, artificial insemination, embryo culture, and transfer support
- Perform cryopreservation and thawing of embryos
- Grade embryos accurately as per established protocols




- Maintain and monitor liquid nitrogen tanks and storage systems
- Ensure proper setup of media, filters, and lab equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of embryos and lab materials
- Ensure compliance with quality control and lab safety standards
- Coordinate with clinical and medical teams for procedure scheduling

· Reorder lab supplies and manage inventory efficiently

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Clinical Embryology / Life Sciences or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on IVF lab experience
- Strong expertise in ICSI, PGT, cryopreservation, and embryo grading
- Good knowledge of lab quality standards and documentation
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a high-precision environment
