Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Snack Chef / Halwai to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate must be an expert in preparing authentic regional evening snacks and street food, specifically Samosa, Bara, Aloo Chop, Piaji, and Veg Chop, ensuring excellent taste, perfect crispness, and consistent quality.Key Responsibilities

- Food Preparation: Prepare high-quality daily snacks including Samosas, Baras, Aloo Chops, and matching chutneys/ghugni.
- Mise en Place: Handle daily kitchen setups, dough kneading, potato stuffing preparation, and frying prep efficiently.
- Quality & Consistency: Maintain the same authentic taste, shape, and crispness across batches.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness: Strictly maintain high cleanliness standards in the snack preparation area and follow safety protocols.
- Inventory Control: Monitor raw materials (oil,



potatoes, flour) and report restocking needs to avoid wastage.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: Minimum [Insert years, e.g., 1–3 years] of professional experience as a snack cook or halwai in a restaurant, sweet stall, QSR, or catering setup.
- Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of frying techniques, temperature management, and bulk snack preparation.
- Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work quickly during peak evening rush hours.
- Reliability: Punctual, hygienic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
