APPRAISER

· Appraise and evaluate gold, diamond, platinum, precious gemstones, and jewellery accurately.

· Verify jewellery weight, purity, stone quality, craftsmanship, and overall condition.

· Assess diamonds based on the 4Cs — Cut, Colour, Clarity, and Carat Weight.

· Conduct gold and precious-metal purity testing using appropriate methods and equipment.

· Identify and report synthetic, treated, imitation, or suspicious stones and jewellery.

· Evaluate customer jewellery for purchase, exchange, buyback, upgrade, and valuation purposes.

· Verify product details against invoices, certificates, laboratory reports, and internal records.

· Prepare accurate appraisal, valuation, inspection, and verification reports.

· Maintain proper records of all appraisal and valuation activities.

· Coordinate with sales, purchase, accounts, inventory, and management teams.

· Ensure compliance with company appraisal,



quality-control, security, and documentation procedures.

· Handle high-value jewellery with utmost care, confidentiality, and qualified integrity.

· Stay updated on precious-metal rates, gemstone trends, jewellery standards, and market practices.
