- Bulk Sourcing & Screening: Leverage job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and walk-in drives to recruit for voice and non-voice processes.
- Interview & Selection: Conduct initial HR assessments, schedule operational rounds, and evaluate candidates on communication and process suitability.
- Onboarding & Governance: Manage candidate offer communications, collect mandatory pre-hiring documentation, and facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Data Tracking: Maintain daily recruitment dashboards, tracker updates, and joining logs.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
