YOUR IMPACT

You will take ownership of digital workstreams that solve some of the firm’s toughest compensation-data challenges.

You will help the team understand and document requirements for compensation modules and workflows for development, ensuring all architectural changes support our goal of maintaining a single system of truth and record. You will act as the go-to resource for evaluating platform capabilities across firm systems, helping stakeholders set realistic expectations before requirements go to build to enhance overall capabilities, user experience, and accuracy. When needs cannot be met within existing platforms, you will identify, scope, and pilot digital solutions such as automation, Power BI, and emerging tools—leading small-to-midsize projects that increase streamlining and automation in line with our broader digitization and rewiring strategy.

Additionally, you will research, test, and recommend digital tools and technologies that could improve compensation processes across the Global Compensation Function (GCF), focusing on innovations that drive user engagement and reduce manual interventions. You will conduct ad hoc analyses to generate synthesized insights and recommendations that inform ongoing system enhancements, define success metrics to track adoption and ROI alongside analytics teams, and actively contribute to strategic discussions by curating and sharing digital best practices. You will also deliver digestible, seamless, and engaging knowledge transfer to the global MCL population on compensation planning.

Your work will help the firm maintain accurate, centralized compensation data and give compensation professionals the tools to work with greater accuracy and efficiency.

or one of our India Centers as part of the Global Compensation Function (GCF) team. Your team works closely with GCF members and stakeholders to build robust, centralized, digital compensation processes within People Central (SAP SuccessFactors).

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required, preferably in a business or math-related field; master’s degree is desirable
- 5+ years of relevant corporate and/or professional services experience, including compensation and/or HR experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM (experience with the Compensation module is a strong plus) and familiarity with Power BI, or a strong willingness to learn
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to capture, organize, and analyze data to generate clear, actionable insights
- Exceptional organizational capabilities and attention to detail, balanced with the ability to identify big-picture trends and manage multiple priorities independently to completion
- Sensitivity with confidential information and adherence to the highest professional and process standards, paired with exemplary judgment and discretion
- Capable of raising issues, generating solutions, and working effectively under pressure with an entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset
- Independently manages multiple projects simultaneously while participating in best practices and nurturing a trust-based, inclusive, productive environment
- Ability to work in-person (team schedules and office locations may vary)
- Ability to engage audience and create clear, logical, and structured communications across all formats with fluent English proficiency, engaging professionally with stakeholders across all levels, including senior leaders
