Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced folks of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within the healthcare industry. The role involves sourcing, screening, and closing positions across clinical and non-clinical domains while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for healthcare roles including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and support functions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Ensure compliance with healthcare credentialing, licensing, and documentation norms
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases
- Build strong talent pipelines for future healthcare requirements
- Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and employer branding initiatives

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration
