Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, understanding their academic and career goals, recommending suitable courses or programs, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, admission processes, and career prospects.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain student records and update lead information in CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrolment.
- Address student queries and resolve concerns professionally.




- Participate in counselling sessions, seminars, webinars, and student engagement activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant education/management background is preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, student counselling, EdTech, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the education/EdTech sector.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM too

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
