Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and generate leads for pre-owned cars.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicles.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections, test drives, and sales processes.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Qualification: HS / Graduate
- Experience: 0–2 years; Freshers can apply
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
