We are seeking a dynamic Centre Business Manager to lead operations, manage teams, and

drive diagnostic revenue. This is a target-based role focused on smooth operations and

business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a team of Nurses, Phlebotomists, and Receptionists
- Drive daily diagnostic revenue
- Converting pharmacy customers through prescription checks
- Engaging customer database through calls
- Conducting hotspot activities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Coordinate with doctors and staff to improve patient services
- Handle customer concerns, team management, and operational issues
- Maintain inventory and ensure availability of medicines and equipment
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Diagnostics, or Nursing

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
