About the Role
We are looking for a Admission Executive to manage Parent Counselling & Relationship and become the first point of contact for prospective parents and families. The person will be responsible for understanding parent concerns, providing the right information about our services, explaining fee structures, coordinating appointments and maintaining meaningful follow-ups with families.
The ideal candidate should be empathetic, articulate, confident and comfortable having sensitive conversations with parents.
Key Responsibilities
Parent Communication
- Handle incoming calls on.
- Respond to enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, website and other channels.
- Understand the parent's concerns through active listening and appropriate questioning.
- Gather relevant basic information about the child/adolescent/adult and their requirements.
- Communicate with parents in a warm, respectful and reassuring manner.
Parent Counselling
- Help parents understand Nurturers' services and intervention processes.
- Explain how different therapies, assessments and programmes work.
- Address common parent concerns and questions with sensitivity.
- Guide parents towards the appropriate next step, such as an assessment, consultation, centre visit or therapy discussion.
- Ensure communication is informative and supportive rather than aggressive or sales-driven.
Fee & Service Communication
- Clearly and confidently communicate applicable fees and programme details.
- Explain session structures, packages, timings and other relevant information.
- Ensure parents receive accurate information and have clarity about the next steps.
Appointment & Centre Coordination
- Schedule consultations, assessments, centre visits and appointments.
- Coordinate with therapists, psychologists, special educators and the admin team.
- Ensure a smooth transition from the initial enquiry to the centre visit/assessment.
Follow-Up & Parent Relationship Management
- Follow up with parents after enquiries and centre visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective families who have not yet started services.
- Track pending appointments, assessments and enrolments.
- Build a positive and qualified relationship with families.
- Ensure genuine enquiries are not lost due to lack of follow-up.
Lead & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of all enquiries and follow-ups.
- Update the CRM/lead tracker regularly.
- Record enquiry source, concern, service required, fees discussed,
appointment status and follow-up dates.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, appointments, visits and enrolments.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong listening and parent counselling skills.
- A warm, empathetic and approachable personality.
- Confidence in discussing services and fees.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and emotional conversations maturely.
- Good organisational and documentation skills.
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp and CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:
- Parent counselling
- Educational counselling
- School admissions
- Therapy/child development centres
- Special education
- Psychology/counselling
- Healthcare coordination
- Customer relationship management
- Admissions or parent relationship roles
A background in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work or Admin Role will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,532.13 - ₹40,506.18 per month
