About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to design and operate AI-driven, agentic workflows that automate identity governance, access management, and security operations. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and strong human oversight to ensure compliance and security standards are met. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in building AI products and a deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) systems.

What You'll Do:

- Design and implement AI-driven workflows to automate identity use cases, including access requests,



JML exceptions, certifications, policy enforcement, and entitlement reviews.
- Utilize AI to analyze identity, entitlement, and activity data, recommending approvals, detecting anomalies, and highlighting high-risk access patterns.
- Integrate AI agents with existing IAM tools, Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms, and IT Service Management (ITSM) systems like ServiceNow to orchestrate end-to-end identity operations.
- Establish human-in-the-loop governance to ensure that while AI handles routine tasks, sensitive IAM and PAM decisions require human approval.
- Continuously optimize workflows based on audit outcomes, incident trends, and operational feedback to enhance automation efficiency.
- Ensure that AI workflows comply with security, privacy, and governance standards for identity and privileged access data.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Proven experience in designing and operating automation workflows, with a strong focus on APIs, scripts, and connectors.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including exposure to agentic systems and copilots.
- Demonstrated ability to build AI products from the ground up (0->1), with a solid understanding of the components involved: LLM, MCP, infrastructure, security, UX, and governance.
- Strong knowledge of IAM, PAM, and ITSM integration processes.
- Experience in implementing human-in-the-loop governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards relevant to identity and privileged access data.
- Experience in workflow optimization and learning methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct risk analysis and identify high-risk access patterns.
- The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in project management,



particularly in the realm of AI-driven identity governance.
