Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

REACHA FOUNDATION is seeking a energetic and result-oriented Mobilizer for its Udaipur location to identify, counsel, and enroll eligible candidates for various skill development and livelihood programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct community outreach and awareness activities in Udaipur and assigned areas.
- Mobilize candidates for skill development and livelihood programs.
- Organize counseling sessions, meetings, and awareness camps.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders, community leaders, educational institutions, and community organizations.
- Maintain candidate databases and enrollment records.
- Meet mobilization and enrollment targets.
- Support documentation and reporting activities.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the training lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within Udaipur and assigned areas.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in mobilization, community outreach, skill development, or social sector projects is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and community engagement skills may also be considered.
