Role:-

Be part of our HR & Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and corporate hiring projects.

Responsibilities:-

- Source candidates through LinkedIn & job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up and engage with candidates throughout the process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers using Excel & Google Sheets.
- Post job openings and build candidate pipelines.
- Assist HR team with onboarding and employee engagement activities.

Support HR documentation and compliance tasks.

Eligibility:-





- Students & freshers from any discipline (HR, Management, Commerce).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
