Job Overview

We are seeking a warm, high-energy Guest Relationship Associate (GRA) to serve as the face of our family-focused facility. In this role, you will create exceptional experiences for parents and children, manage day-to-day guest interactions, drive sales, and ensure our space remains pristine and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Welcome & Onboarding

- Serve as the main point of contact for all visiting parents and families.
- Provide a warm greeting, walk guests through our premium facility offerings, and assist with bookings.
- Handle quick, seamless check-ins and payment processing using our POS system.

2. Sales & Social Media Engagement

- Actively drive revenue by upselling facility-café packages and cross-selling retail products.
- Offer expert recommendations on menu offerings and specialty baby products.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, and Shopify channels.

3. Facility & Supply Oversight

- Keep key guest spaces—including diaper stations and feeding rooms—spotless, stocked, and guest-ready.
- Coordinate regularly with the Operational/Housekeeping Associate (OHA) to maintain high supply standards.

4. Operational Support & Guest Feedback

- Assist the café team during peak hours and liaise with the chef regarding menu pairings.




- Collect customer feedback proactively to help continuous service improvements.

Key Performance Expectations

- Sales Growth: Consistently hit monthly sales targets across facility bookings, café combos, and retail inventory.
- Service Excellence: Maintain deep familiarity with facility guidelines, menu details, and retail items to deliver expert guidance.
- Problem Solving: Handle parent inquiries and feedback with high empathy and a swift, solution-oriented mindset.
- Quality Control: Deliver pristine, warm service at every touchpoint, from initial greeting to final payment.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk operations, or retail sales.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills; comfortable handling customer inquiries via messaging platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopify).
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail management software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an empathetic, family-friendly approach.
- Strong multitasking capabilities and ability to perform under peak operational hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
