About DJRS Hospitality LLP

DJRS Hospitality LLP is a growing hospitality company building and operating a diverse portfolio of restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, catering, events, and experiential concepts across Mumbai.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Human Resource Associate to join our HR team and gain hands-on exposure to various aspects of Human Resources.

This is a great opportunity for a fresher or an early-career HR professional who wants to build a strong foundation in HR while working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

About the Role

As a Human Resource Associate, you will support the HR team across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee engagement, payroll coordination, employee queries, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

You will work closely with the HR team, employees, HODs, outlet managers, Finance, and Operations, giving you practical exposure to the complete employee lifecycle.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable interacting with people, organised with their work, and willing to take ownership as they grow into the role.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment for various corporate and operational positions.
- Understand hiring requirements shared by HODs and reporting managers.
- Prepare and post Job Descriptions on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, assignments, feedback, and joining timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Assist with offer rollouts and pre-joining coordination.
- Support recruitment requirements for recent outlets and pre-opening projects.

Joining & Onboarding

- Coordinate joining formalities for new employees and interns.
- Collect and maintain required employee documents.
- Update employee information in HR records and systems.
- Assist in conducting employee induction and orientation programmes.
- Support employee transfers, promotions, increments, and other employee movements.
- Maintain records of current joiners, active employees,



and resigned employees.
- Assist with exit formalities and Full & Final Settlement documentation.

HR Operations & Payroll Support

- Assist with monthly payroll preparation and coordination with Finance.
- Update attendance, salary, deductions, incentives, increments, and other payroll inputs.
- Assist in preparing salary working and payout sheets.
- Support service charge-related workings and employee data.
- Assist employees with basic queries related to salary, payslips, attendance, leave, and other HR matters.
- Maintain employee registers, trackers, and HR records.
- Assist with HRMS and payroll systems such as Facto HR.
- Support the HR team with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory documentation and requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as a point of contact for employees for routine HR-related queries.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns by coordinating with the appropriate HR or operational stakeholders.
- Interact with employees and outlet teams to understand their concerns and requirements.
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Support Employee of the Month and employee recognition initiatives.
- Assist with outlet visits and employee interactions when required.

HR Administration & Documentation

- Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, increment letters, warning letters, certificates, and other employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organised employee files and HR records.
- Assist with employment verification and other employee-related documentation.
- Support HR policy communication and distribution.
- Maintain leave, attendance, and employee movement records.
- Handle employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.

HR Systems & Process Support

- Maintain HR trackers, employee masters, and reporting sheets.
- Work with MS Excel and Google Sheets for day-to-day HR activities.
- Assist in maintaining and improving HR trackers and templates.
- Support the HR team in implementing simple process improvements and automations.
- Learn and work with HRMS and other digital HR tools.
- Prepare basic HR reports and data for internal review.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, hospitality, retail, or a similar environment are encouraged to apply.
- HR internships or academic exposure to recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, or HR operations will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Prior exposure to any HRMS or recruitment platform will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle will be preferred.
