We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telecaller to manage our admission inquiries. Your primary role will be contacting prospective students over the phone, explaining our courses, and inviting them to the institute for direct counseling.

- Make outbound calls to leads generated through social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram).
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide basic details about courses and batches.
- Follow up with potential leads consistently to maximize walk-ins.
- Maintain daily telecalling reports (WhatsApp/Excel trackers).
- Achieve daily/weekly call and walk-in targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Malayalam.
- Friendly telephone etiquette and positive listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web).
- Previous experience in telecalling or BPO is a plus, but freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
